This project involved the renovation of two floors of the Capital Group, respectively the 16th and 17th, which develop an area of 1400 square meters and that the plans represent the most valuable real estate company.
One of the main themes on which the project took shape was the need to differentiate each environment in relation to the function that would house. An attempt was, therefore, to finalize the selection of individual parts to create unique environments and typically diversified, by maintaining a consistent conceptual line. Therefore, research materials, the study of the floors and ceilings, the choice of furniture have helped to characterize and personalize your own
spaces.
Currently, the 16th floor is divided into two areas: Business and Premium, respectively, representing the two divisions of the Company Capital Real Estate Group. The two areas differ in color and material, but the design coherence is maintained through smooth flowing lines which are also found in other environments. The wealth of materials and quality of finish is its highest expression on the 17th floor where they were made members’ offices Capital Group with some meeting rooms.
In this case, the various rooms were embellished with a detailed design of spaces and furnishings that make the workplace warmer and welcoming, enriched by the important collection of works of art in society.
